Shipping Options

We offer three convenient delivery options for our custom photo magnets:

1. Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Tracking included

2. Express Shipping (Australia Post)

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (unless a rush-order has been purchased, in which case processing time is same-day where an order is placed before 12pm on that day)

  • Delivery time: typically 1–3 business days (location-dependent)

  • Tracking included

3. Same-Day Local Pick-Up (Sydney only)

  • Available for local customers who order before 1pm

  • Pick-up is from Pyrmont, Sydney (after business hours)

  • Must be arranged via email or message after purchase

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll do our best to make it right.
