1. What size are the photo magnets?

Each magnet is 50mm x 50mm – the perfect little square to showcase your favourite memories.

 

2. How do I upload my photos?

When you place your order, you’ll be prompted to upload your photos directly through the product page. Make sure your images are square-shaped and high resolution for the best results.

 

3. Can I use any photo?

Yes—as long as you have the right to use the photo! We do not take responsibility for copyright or licensing issues with uploaded images.

 

4. Do you edit the photos before printing?

We don’t make major edits, but we may make slight adjustments to brightness or contrast if needed to ensure your magnets look their best.

 

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard and express shipping orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your shipping option and location (see our Shipping page for full details). For customers who purchase a rush order, processing and shipping will occur on the same day if the order is placed before 12pm on a business day.

 

6. Do you offer same-day pick-up?

Yes! If you're in Sydney and place your order before 1pm, you can request same-day pick-up from Pyrmont, 2009. This must be arranged with us directly after ordering. Note that a rush fee of $5 applies to each rush order. This can be selected at checkout.

 

7. Can I order magnets in bulk or for events?

Absolutely! We’re happy to create larger orders for weddings, parties, or gifts. Just contact us and we’ll help bring your idea to life.

 

8. Do you accept returns?

Since each magnet is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

9. How should I care for my magnets?

Keep them dry and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain their vibrant look. They’re made to last and bring joy for years to come!
